Pricing scales with monthly active commerce users. Each plan includes API usage, with additional capacity available as you grow. Earn a share of eligible commerce commissions.

Monthly active commerce users
A distinct end user counts once when their assistant makes at least one successful production request through Relay in the billing month. Repeat requests consume usage without counting another user. The same user counts once across your Relay connectors.
For example, a platform with 100,000 monthly active users and 8,000 Relay commerce users fits the Growth band.
Included usage, with room to grow
Each monthly minimum includes an agreed allowance of commerce credits toward API usage. Requests consume that allowance. Credit quantities and operation weights are set out in your agreement.
As you grow, we agree additional capacity and a spending limit through proportional expansion or planned tier adjustments. Your agreement sets how changes apply.
Support and contract duration are scoped with you. Bespoke implementation may be quoted separately.
